During the Heathrow strikes, they proactively called and reassured clients while securing alternative accommodations. When CrowdStrike caused global travel disruptions, the team worked through the night, re-booking travellers and maintaining a 56-second call answer time.

Our ongoing investment includes expanding the team to 12 European experts and three additional heads in India to support peak hours. We utilise Amadeus, a market-leading GDS, with advanced scripts to streamline administrative tasks and enhance efficiency. A thorough handover process between the day and night teams ensures consistent and comprehensive 24/7 travel assistance.
